A growing import company is looking for a controller to assist the CFO re-organize the company as it has bought 7 new ventures.
The CFO will be handling the operations and finance therefore he needs someone he can rely in regards to the accounting functions.

| Responsibilities |
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller is will be a key participant in the finance management team (Eleven (11) direct reports to you including 5 in a/r, 3 in a/p, one in payroll, an assistant controller and a financial analyst).
Demonstrating strong leadership and people management skills, the ideal candidate will be a visionary for the group in meeting company financial goals.
Responsibilities:
· Establishing, directing and implementing a plan for leading the control of the financial operations;
· Maintain and review financial administration systems;
· Leads all general accounting, cost and budgeting functions;
· Executive reporting on finance positioning and financial forecasting;
· Manage cost reduction implementation and reporting;
· Supervise the general accounting team.
